second period incident
(C.W.!!!!!!!! BLOOD STUFF!!!!)
okay so basically, i'm in my second class of the day (which is geometry, gross) and the teacher is calling on people to do presentations. a tale as old as time, right? well, obviously some of us didn't do what we were supposed to (me included, which thankfully, i'm not up until tomorrow morning). and so he calls up this girl. she sits in my row, like two desks in front of me, and so i'm pretty familiar with the back of her head lol. i basically just know her as "shaggy long hair" in my mind.
alright, so she goes up, already shitting herself just walking a couple feet. i can't help but feel bad for her considering the rest of the class begins to whisper and laugh amongst themselves at even the slightest hint of a student being socially awkward... however, this ended up being so much more than just an awkward presentation...
shaggy's legs were like TREMBLING, not even kidding. she faced the class and was just nervously looking at the ground the whole time. i'm not even sure if she glanced at the teacher once. then, very first thing, he yells at her??? i swear, this teacher is an asshole to everyone, no matter how mentally unstable the student. and so, this girl, already clearly unable to operate in front of a whole class of snot-nosed sophomores at 9 in the morning, like chokes on air or something. idk, she sounded like she was choking up crying for a second.
and slowly but surely, red just starts, like, pissing down... everyone can see it, the teacher included. and like at this point there's a bright red streak just running down her entire left leg. i didn't even know if what i was seeing at first was real but, it was. it was VERY real. this poor girl... and this is the second crazy thing in a row to happen since like, the spray situation two weeks ago. usually my month stays boring as all hell. but i guess the universe had something different planned.
so eventually, she was permitted down to the school office, and i don't think anyone saw her for the rest of the day. like, wow. i can't imagine what i really could've done differently had i been in the same situation. i genuinely hope she's doing okay.
